Big News: We’re Moving to a New Sydney Showroom

After an incredible chapter at Samantha Place, we’re excited to announce that Off Grid Outfitters is moving to a brand-new Sydney showroom and service facility.

This move marks a major step forward for our business, our team, and most importantly, the experience we can offer our customers.

Important Dates

Final Day of Trade at our current showroom:
Saturday 30th May 2026

Current Location

2 Samantha Place, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567

We will then be closed while we complete the move and set up our new facility.

Reopening:
Thursday 4th June 2026 at 9:00am

23 Badgally Road, Campbelltown NSW 2560

During the transition period, there may be some delays with phone calls and emails as our team relocates operations across to the new site. We’ll be working hard to minimise any disruption and appreciate everyone’s patience while we make the move.

We cannot wait to welcome customers into the new showroom.

Why We’re Moving

As Off Grid Outfitters continues to grow, we wanted a facility that better reflects both the premium brands we represent and the level of experience we strive to deliver.

The new Campbelltown location provides:

• Significantly larger indoor showroom space
• Expanded outdoor hardstand areas
• Easier customer access and improved manoeuvrability for caravan pick-ups and drop-offs
• Larger office and customer areas
• Consolidation of our showroom and service operations into one central location
• All staff operating together under one roof

Most importantly, the new facility allows us to create one of the largest, if not the largest, fully indoor premium caravan showrooms in NSW.

This means customers will be able to comfortably inspect and compare our premium off-road caravans and campers in all weather conditions, with a far better overall experience from the moment they walk through the door.

We believe this is the level of environment these premium products deserve.

Expanded Workshop & Service Capabilities

The move also brings a substantial increase in workshop space and operational capacity.

Our larger workshop will allow us to better support:

• Pre-delivery preparation
• Initial warranty work
• First services and handover support
• Accessory installations and upgrades
• Options fitting and customisation
• Ceramic coatings and surface protection services prior to delivery

This expanded capability is a key part of our long-term vision to continue improving both customer service and after-sales support.
