Trailer Servicing, Maintenance and Support

We understand, that your new caravan or camper is a big investment, and we are committed to ensuring we can assist with any issues or tech support as required.

Of course, the customer experience is important to us, and timeliness of support is something we measure ourselves on and strive to continuously improve. 

Our workshop facilities in Smeaton Grange, are dedicated exclusively to our customers, and are not open to the public. We are specifically equipped and staffed to assist our customers with the following services:

  • Through pre-delivery quality checks
  • Detailed handover of your new trailer
  • Assistance with warranty concerns and ticketing
  • Spare parts requests and assistance
  • 1000km / First Service Inspections
  • Warranty Assessments and liaison with relevant manufacturers to resolve issues quickly 
  • Technical Support and fault diagnosis to customers and approved service partner workshops
  • Assistance with co-ordination of upgrades or works required to trailers, via our approved service partners 
  • Insurance assessments via our approved service partners

Please be advised that we no longer offer annual servicing, and we no longer offer our workshop services to the public.

Ongoing or routine annual maintenance is imperative to ensure many years of trouble free touring and camping in your new trailer, and to support this and our customers, we have onboarded and chosen these providers to assist with ongoing maintenance, annual servicing and upgrades.

In addition to these preferred providers, you may also chose from any Cruisemaster specialist or general caravan repairer of your choice.

The providers listed on our Approved Service Providers list, have been carefully vetted and selected to ensure the highest level of service and expertise specifically tailored to your needs.

  • Coming soon: we’ll publish our NSW network of approved service agents for routine annual servicing and local support shortly. In the meantime, please get in touch, and based on your location, we can provide recommended Service Partners.

Services we offer:

 

First / 1,000 km service

We complete first and 1,000 km services for recently delivered caravans and campers to make sure everything is bedded in and performing as it should.

Warranty work & ticket processing

If something isn’t right, we’ll assess the issue, lodge and manage the warranty ticket with the manufacturer or supplier, and complete repairs in-house where appropriate.

Ongoing annual servicing

We no longer offer ongoing annual servicing. Routine maintenance is referred to our approved workshop and service centre partners. This gives you a more local, convenient experience and allows our team to stay highly responsive to new customers and any shakedown issues that appear after delivery.

NSW-wide support network

In addition to our own workshop capacity, we coordinate repairs through a network of approved service agents and workshops across NSW when that’s more convenient for you.
