Zone RV Returns Under New Ownership - What This Means for Customers

We’re pleased to share some positive news with our community.Following the recent period of uncertainty surrounding Zone RV, the brand has now been acquired by new ownership and is preparing to recommence operations and production.Over the past week, we’ve had the opportunity to meet directly with the new ownership group and leadership team. After those discussions, we’re confident and very excited to see that there is a clear plan in place to move the brand forward in a structured and sustainable way. This is the future the brand deserves and we are excited to see the positivity moving forward, and the familiar faces while walking through ZONE RV HQ last week

A New Chapter for Zone RV

Zone RV has built a strong reputation for innovative design, composite construction, and high-quality off-road caravans. That foundation remains, and the intention under the new ownership is to preserve what made the product so well regarded, while improving the business behind it.
From what we’ve seen so far, there is a strong focus on:

• Re-establishing stable production processes
• Supporting existing customers and vans already in market
• Strengthening supplier relationships
• Building a more resilient operational structure moving forward
• Customer experience and confidence

We know many customers have been waiting for clarity, and while there is still more information to come, this marks a significant step forward.

Off Grid Outfitters Reappointed as NSW / ACT Dealer

We’re also excited to confirm that Off Grid Outfitters has been formally appointed as the NSW and ACT dealer for Zone RV under the new ownership.

This means:

• We will again represent the brand here in NSW / ACT, with stock available to view coming soon our showrooms
• Our team will support both new customers and existing Zone RV owners
• We will be closely involved as production ramps back up and new developments are released

For those who have previously purchased through us, this should provide some reassurance that you have a familiar and experienced team here to support you locally.

What This Means for Existing Customers

We understand that many customers are still working through the impacts of the administration process. The team at ZONE RV HQ arereaching out to allcustomers with orders in the queue to discuss how we can best help and support each of you. While the new ownership represents a fresh start for the brand, there are still formal processes being managed by the Administrators in relation to past orders, claims, and creditor matters.We remain committed to assisting any customers who have ordered a van, and have yet to receive delivery, and will remain in close and direct contact with you all. 

We will continue to:

• Support all customers with general guidance and communication where we can
• Assist with servicing, repairs, and aftercare within our capability
• Share updates as new information becomes available

As always, we’ll be careful not to speculate or provide advice outside of what we can control, but we remain committed to helping customers navigate this as best we can.

Production is expected to recommence progressively, with further announcements to come around:

• Model availability
• Production timelines
• Dealer stock and display units
• New product developments

We’re already working closely with the new team on what this next phase will look like, and there are some genuinely exciting developments in the pipeline.
